Once you have Ownership of the file, Simply rename it something like “ctfmon.exe.DISABLED.exe I like to just keep the name as-is but I add the disabled.exe because it will do 2 things. 1, it will disabled access to ctfmon.exe. 2, it will stay in the same place (even alphabetical order) and it doesn’t change the file extension this way. anyway now CTF Loader is gone but not so gone that you can’t reverse it really easily.
