Step 4: You will find a new Default message timer option under the Privacy settings. Select the time after which you want your chats to disappear. The available durations are 24 hours, seven days, or 90 days. Earlier the disappearing messages were available for seven days, but now WhatsApp has added two new options to choose from 24 hours and 90 days. You can select the duration as per your interest.
