Download All Attachments in Gmail
Google-owned mail service Gmail is the most popular email service. It has over 1.5 billion monthly active users. Being a Google product Gmail has all the features a mail service should have, but it lacks the option to download all thread attachments. Follow the below steps, and you will be able to download all attachments of an email thread in Gmail. Step 1: First, open Gmail on your computer and open the mail thread from which you want to download all the attachments. Step 2: After opening the thread, tap on the three-dot (More) icon. Step 3: Among the different options, tap on ”Forward all”. Step 3: enter the email id on which you want to Forward all. Enter your own Gmail address in the “To.” Step 4: After it, tap on the down arrow icon right to the Send button. You will find a Schedule send option; tap on it. Step 5: Schedule the mail for Tomorrow Morning. It is not a rule. You can select any date or time you want. Step 6: Go to the Scheduled mail folder and open the email thread. At the bottom of the email thread, Now you will see all attachments of that email thread in one single place. Step 7: To download all attachments at once, tap on the Download icon on the top right corner. Suppose you want to add all the attachments to Drive; tap on the Drive icon right to the Download icon. Step 8: Once you have downloaded or saved all the attachments of the thread, cancel the Scheduled mail. Tap on the Cancel Send button from the Scheduled folder. Step 9: When you will ‘Cancel send,’ the mail will convert to draft; tap on the Delete icon to Discard the Draft.
