4. Intel Core i7-10700K
Just like Ryzen 7, the cORE Core i7 is Intel’s offering to provide high performance at a pretty reasonable price. And with that being said, have a look at the Intel Core i7-10700K that belongs to Intel’s 10th gen Comet Lake series of CPUs. It has 8 cores and 16 threads which is just a nice spot to make a balance between your budget and performance. Its TDP is 125W which is still pretty decent to save quite a lot of electricity.
Cores/Threads: 8 Cores, 16 ThreadsClock speed: 5.1GHzTDP: 125WattArchitecture: Intel Comet Lake
5. AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
Next, we have the AMD Ryzen 5 5600X on our list which is one of the most widely used latest AMD Ryzen 5000 series of CPUs. This CPU makes the most out of your money and justifies every penny you spend on it. Based on the price, its 6 processing cores and 12 threads make the processor serve a high-end hardware performance on gaming as well as productivity tasks. Its TDP is extremely low i.e. just 65W and that makes it a really power-efficient offering that can also go up to 4.6GHz in its max overclocked potential.
Cores/Threads: 6 Cores, 12 ThreadsClock speed: 4.6GHzTDP: 65WattArchitecture: AMD Zen3
6. Intel Core i9-9900K
Some of you might say that 9th gen CPUs are now outdated which is a pretty genuinely true thing. But opting for the top variant from the previous generation CPUs gives some of the highest performing CPUs at a very affordable price. One such CPU is the Intel Core i9-9900K. It’s a 9th gen Intel coffee lake processor but it has got 8 cores and 16 threads for multicore processing. It can reach as high as 5.0GHz after overclocking and has a TDP of just 95W in a normal state.
Cores/Threads: 8 Cores, 16 ThreadsClock speed: 5.0GHzTDP: 95WattArchitecture: Intel Coffee Lake
7. AMD Ryzen 9 3900X
Just like Intel, the AMD’s 3000 series’ Ryzen 9 3900X is also a really great deal of performance at a very reasonable price. This processor has got whopping 12 cores and 24 threads for extremely high-end multicore performance. The processor reaches 4.6GHz when maxed out and has a base TDP of 105W. This CPU is perfect for those who are willing to have a large number of cores and threads but are short on budget.

Bottom Line
So, these were the top 8 CPUs for your new RTX 3070 Ti graphics card. I know I haven’t mentioned any of the 11th gen intel CPUs and this is because they really don’t have that much value to justify the extra money you pay over the 10th gen intel CPUs. The one that I highly recommend you to use with your RTX 3070 Ti is the Ryzen 5800X. if you’re in team blue (Intel) then the Core i7-10700K serves the best performance with no waste of money. I hope this article was helpful for you. If you’ve any questions, suggestions, or want to mention any CPU that should be listed here then feel free to use the comments section below. Most recent upgrade was in july 2020 the SSD MP 600 2TB Since 4 weeks ago it started overheating during games so i called my pc technician and he saw that 2 of the 3 fans of GTX 970 G1 GAMING are burned. I had 2 choices : get a new graphics card a RTX 3070TI or better or get new fans. He suggested to get the new fans instead of paying 2x the price of a graphics card and then wait for months to arrive due to low supply (which is happening due to huge pc demand), The fans will arrive some time this week or earlier this week. In the meantime i found that if ireduce monitor resolution fron 2560×1440 to 1920×1080 it dont overheat so much. Did i did the right choice? Cheapest RTX 3070TI here in Greece is the EAGLE OC at 800 euros but there are much more expensive like the TUF GAMING RTX 3070TI which costs 1200 euros! Cheapest RTX 3070 starts at 800 euros. My GTX 970 that i have since 2014 still runs evrything maxed 1440p 30+ fps and the only reason i realy need a rtx 3070ti is for ray tracing but also to get60 fps on max settings1440p in games that currently gtx 970 cant. Evryon that i have talked about this friends, family, and people that i know they all told me theb est solution is to waait for new fans than to buy a new graphics card. But because my PC technician found the fans on a shop in China it taks about a month to arrive. No one realy knows when avalaibiltiy and prices will be back to nornal but if it happens in 2022 then it will not be worth to ge a 3070ti and willl be better to get a rtx 4070 that will release then.
